π Meet our talented instructor, Maryam “Mellu” Abuzaid-Ryu! π A Palestinian-Korean comics artist based in Tampere, Maryam began her artistic journey by publishing comic strips at the young age of 14 for the North-East Finnish newspaper Koillissanomat. Her recent works focus on society, multiculturalism, identity, and the intricate interactions between people and their environment.
