The project is funded by European solidarity corps. Our project raises awareness of a living environment that promotes sustainability. We want to support our Arabic speaking youth to understand the basics of what they can do in their lives and community to become more environmentally friendly. Our objective is to teach young people how to make different choices on a personal level that will help change their awareness and consumption of resources. We Arabic speaking youth are interested in strengthening friendships with Finnish youth through the project and expanding our network to include the local community. Thus, we would like to invite Finnish youth and other immigrant youth to our project activities, in order to practice the Finnish language and learn closely about Finnish culture.
